Returns


Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned up to 90 days from purchase. 

If feel you have a received a defective garment and that defect was only discoverable after being washed, we will consider an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Our most common complaint is shrinkage -- please, please remember to wash your Southern Marsh products according to the care label. 

If you would like to exchange or return merchandise, please send an email to returns@southernmarshshirts.com including your original order number and a request for either an exchange or refund.  If you are exchanging merchandise, please indicate which products you would like to receive in return.  

Once you have sent an email request, we will reply with a return authorization form.  Please include this form, along with the merchandise for return, in your return package.  

Returns will be processed on the first Tuesday or Thursday following receipt of returned merchandise and authorization form.   Once your return is processed, we will ship exchange merchandise via FedEx or refund your purchase within three weeks.  

In the case of a flaw or error in the original order received, we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label for your return and ship replacement merchandise at no cost to you.
