SHIPPINGWhen will my online order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can! Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 p.m. CST will ship that same day! Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST Friday will be shipped Monday morning. This includes Overnight shipping. If you need an order expedited please call us toll free at 1(888)980-2774 before 5:30 p.m. CST and we will try our best to get it out that same day. Rush charges may apply.
- Please note that if your order does not ship same day there may be an address verification problem or an out of stock item.
- Please use your real e-mail address and phone number, these are only used for contact in the event that we have trouble with your address or trouble with an item that you have purchased.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
ORDERS OVER $75 --- Free (5-8 business days)
PRIORITY SHIPPING --- $15 (FedEx 2-3 day delivery)
STANDARD OVERNIGHT --- $25 (FedEx Overnight)
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do ship outside of the United States! The countries and rates are below. If you have any questions about shipping, please call our customer service team at 1(888)980-2774 for assistance.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, although we prefer to ship to a physical address via FedEx so that we can guarantee its delivery and provide insurance on your package. Please be aware shipments to a post office box may delay the arrival of your order.
Can my order be tracked?
Yes, once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Be sure to check your “Spam Folder” and be sure to add Southern Marsh to your "safe" list.

Is it possible to change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, although we often ship orders the same day. So if you made an error and need to make a change contact us as soon as possible by calling toll free at 1(888) 980-2774. Or you can e-mail changes to email@example.com.
Absolutely. When you are checking out make sure to un-check the “Ship items to the above billing address” button. This will enable you to ship to an address different than the billing address.
SIZINGDo you have a size chart?
Size charts are provided for each individual product on the website below the product description. Just click the “Size Chart ” link above the "Select a Size" option. If you still have questions about sizing, please call us at 1(888)980-2774 for assistance and we will help you determine the best size for you.Should I expect my new tee to shrink? Is it pre-shrunk?
Our tees are 100% cotton and are not pre-shrunk. Therefore, you may experience slight shrinking when washed by the provided care instructions.
CART ISSUESWhy can't I remove items from my cart?
We have currently realized that customers are having issues removing products from their carts. This may be due to the browser that you are using. ONLINE ITEM SELECTIONHow do I know if an item is out of stock?
When selecting merchandise online you must first choose the size. After the size has been selected all available color options will be visible. If the selection is done by selecting the color first it will automatically select whichever size is available (often not the size you were wanting). Please check each item in your cart for accuracy before checking out.
