At Southern Marsh, we didn't want to make just another pair of shorts, we wanted to make your favorite pair of shorts. The Regatta Short from Southern Marsh fits the bill. Our designers have spent countless hours looking at every aspect of their composition. The shorts were woven at our custom fabric mill and made of a tight weaved medium weight fabric that will soften with each wash. Then, after looking at hundreds of color samples we chose four. But great colors weren't enough. We wanted to do more with them, so we enzyme treated them to soften the fibers of the fabric and tone down the brightness of the dye. The process gives the shorts a natural supple feel. We gave the shorts a classic cut with a reverse-pleated front, and added our silk critter piping to the interior. The seams and belt loops are double stitched to hold together for years to come. We think that you will be as excited with your purchase as we are to offer them.
